1. Roll the earplug into a small ball between your fingers.


2. Press gently over the opening of your ear canal.


3. Hold for a few seconds to form a soft, airtight seal.


4. Flatten the plug against your outer ear.

To remove: Press gently behind your earlobe to break the seal. These are worn over the canal, not inside it. Each pair is reusable for up to 7 nights.

To clean:
