Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, pre-order, or on a try-before-you-buy basis. This policy outlines how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.
- Your payment details will be stored securely.
- You’ll be charged for each delivery cycle, unless you choose to prepay.
- Some subscriptions may auto-renew when the term ends. You can cancel renewal at any time.
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Simply follow the link in your original order confirmation email to manage your subscription online.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you’re securing a product that is out of stock or launching soon. We may charge a partial deposit or collect no payment at checkout, then charge the full amount later when the item ships.
- You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled.
- Once the order is fulfilled and shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you may request a refund.

Try Before You Buy
If you choose a try-before-you-buy product, your payment method will be authorised but not charged immediately. You’ll have a trial period to decide if you want to keep the item.
- If you return the item within the trial period, you won’t be charged.
- If the item is not returned in time, we will automatically charge your payment method for the full price.
