Refund policy
Changed Your Mind? No Problem.
We want you to love everything you order – but if you don’t, returning it is simple and stress-free. You have a full 100 days to send it back for a refund.
100-Day Return Window
You’ve got 100 days from the delivery date to return your item. To qualify for a refund, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In resellable condition
Hygiene Notice
Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns on used items. Once opened and used, items like earplugs or sleep masks cannot be resold – thanks for your understanding.
How to Return
- Email us at info@deepsleeps.co.uk to request a return
- Pack it up securely – ideally in the original packaging
- Send it back to us using Royal Mail or your preferred courier
Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will go straight back to your original payment method.
