HOW TO FIT: With clean ears, insert the earplug tip fully into your ear canal, then twist so that the earplug sits flush within your outer ear. If there is any discomfort, you may require a different sized ear tip so try out the other ear tips that come provided in the box. To remove simply twist and pull outwards.
