Fitting:

1. Roll the earplug into a small ball between your fingers
2. Press gently over the opening of your ear canal
3. Hold for a few seconds to form a soft, airtight seal
4. Flatten the plug against your outer ear

To remove: Press gently behind your earlobe to break the seal. These are worn over the canal, not inside it. Each pair is reusable for up to 7 nights.

To clean: Wash with warm water and oil-free soap, then air dry. Use the included case to keep your earplugs hygienic and protected between uses.
