HOW TO FIT? Roll the ear plug between your finger and thumb to form a ball shape, press earplug over the opening to your ear canal then hold for a few seconds to form an airtight seal. Finally flatten the earplug against your outer ear and you are good to go! To remove; gently press behind each ear lobe to break the seal. Please note: these earplugs are designed to be worn over the opening to the ear canal, not inserted directly into it.
