Printer or no printer? Doesn’t matter – we've got printer-less & printable options to make it easy. Simply email us requesting a return and we will send you a pre-paid returns label or QR code.
How Long Do I Have?
You've got 60 days from the delivery date to return your items. Just make sure they’re unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Hygiene Notice
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used items. Once opened and used, they cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
How to Return
- Email us - at info@deepsleeps.co.uk to request a Royal Mail return label or QR code.
- Pack It Up – Keep it in the original packaging if possible.
- Send It Back – Drop it off at the your newest post office.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days – straight back to your original payment method.
